Suggest Treatment And Diet Plans For Bleeding After Bowel Movement

i am having bleeding durine latrine from 5 to 6 months.but having no pain and the bleeding occurs dropwise in my latrine.i havent yet showed up any doctor.please suggest me the cure and if possible let me know the cure and my diet chart.please help as soon as you can.
