Suggest Treatment And Diet Plans For Ulcer
hi! I had ulcers in my mouth. Could you please suggest what all should I eat so that it doesn't get worsened. Moreover, it has always been related to indigestion in my case, evrytime I have oily and unhealthy food. Could you also suggest me why I am more prone to such problem?

As long as the mouth lesion is concern the cause of this ulcer is important than the diet because unless we know the etiology of this it would be difficult to manage still this can be treated with local mouth application and avoid spicy food, hope this helps.
