hi; I am 40 year old , just married 3 months before I could not have sex with my wife due to my penis stiffness not enough to penetrate and also my penis loosing temper, hence i could not have sex with my wife. . please help us to rectify this issue. Let me know what spray will use for long penetration?

The sprays are not actually very good but sidafinil (viagra) works about 90% of the time. ALso, evaluation for other medical problems taht can cause circulation issues (hypertension, diabetes, heart lung or kidney disease) would all be a good idea.
