sir my semen analysis report abstinance 3 days examined 30 minte after discharge quantity 1.5cc,apperance opaque,colour white,viscosity viscid,odour seminal,recation alkaline, total sperm count 20 million, active motile 25%,sluggish motile35% nonmotile 40% pls give me good advice

The total sperm count is normal but the motility is on a lower side. You can go for a repeat test after couple of weeks and if the results are same, you can consult a urologist to look for any possible underlying cause.
