As the stage of hemorrhoid is indicative or non curable by means of non-operative methods. Though you can have best relief of symptoms with
- high fiber diet
- bulk forming laxatives to keep stool consistency soft
- sitz bath regularly
- dietary measures to avoid all spices, chilly items
At any point of time, you will need surgery, so be prepared mentally for that to get life time cure.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
