Suggest Treatment For Acne

Hi, I m 22 years old, I have pimples on my face, it comes when I use threading on my face due to lots of hair on my face & then stays it for 10days, then it atomatically vanished by some use of ayurvedic peoducts. Please give me a permanent solution for these pimples problem. I m Sanjana from west Bengal, hooghly.

Hi Dear,

Welcome to HCM.

Understanding your concern. As per your query acne is very common problem in teens. Basically root cause of acne is sebaceous gland under the hair follicle , when sebum get accumulated in clogged duct of sebaceous gland along with dead skin and bacteria they produce acne. I would suggest you to Wash you face 2-3 times a day with mild soap and warm water to prevent the accumulation of oil ,dust and bacteria on your face. Apply vitamin E oil at night. You can go for home remedy as well. apply mashed potatoes on these pigments. Don't pick or touch acne.Eat fresh fruits and vegetables ,also drink plenty of water. If acne still persists consult dermatologist for proper examination. Doctor may prescribe ointments containing benzyol peroxide,azelaic acid or retinoids. Sometimes doctor may also prescribe antibiotics.
