Am regularly suffering with BP problem, due to which i feel choking in my throat. Also this creates problem for me while crying i mean, am not able to cry properly as its pains a lot in throat. Having fever and headache on frequent basis...Please advice...Thanks

BP and pain throat are completely different and unrelated. Send me the pictures of your throat so that I can suggest you better.
