Hi There, i was diagnosed with CIN1 on March. Did biopsy on May and its CIN1-CIN2. Did cone biopsy on June30 and they found CIN3. Im freaking out as i feel that the progression is too fast. What should i do for it not to come back? Im really really stressing out.. Im 28 but im going for my HPV vaccination this thursday (hopefully if im not having fever). My next pap smere is in 3 months. im really scared.
Treatment of CIN 3 varies from patient to patient. One option is to get a local treatment like cone biopsy and follow it up with Pap smears. Second option is to have a hysterectomy, which is more suitable for women who have completed their families. I understand it must be really scary for you but if your papa smear comes out to be normal their is nothing to be scared of.
Thanks
