Suggest Treatment For Chron S Disease

My cousin has Chron s disease and no one has been able to help her. She weighs only 80 lbs, vomits blood and can t keep food down. After eating she either vomits or it runs through her system spontaneously. Currently, she only consumes ice chips. We need help she has United Health Care insurance and we live in Phoenix Arizona. We are looking for a Dr. recommendation and most current treatment options. Thank you!

Hi.
Thanks for your query.
Noted the history about your cousin having Crohn's disease, weighs only 80 lbs, vomits blood and can not take food down. She is taking ice chips.
I would advise her the following in such a situation:
Get her to the Hospital as this is not due to Crohn's alone.
There may be associated Gastritis or esophagitis causing the blood in the vomit.
Malabsorption leads to low weight.
There can be associated medical problems like diabetes or thyroid one.
Get the blood checked accordingly.
Needs upper GI and colonoscopy.
She can take soft bland diet in the form of soft bland diet.
Ct scan of the abdomen may help further.
