hai i work on night shift jobs i was in continues night shift for more than 3 months am suddenly facing decentry problem from last night and my stomach is paining to what should i have to do to recover from in this and what should i have to eat at this time.
Hi. Thanks for your query. Noted the history and understood your concerns. Night sift of 3 months continuously makes the body to adjust and you have developed the Dysentery problem from last night only indicate that there may be a stomach flu or a bacterial intestinal infection. I would advise you the following in such a situation: Consult your Doctor to get the clinical evaluation and examination. Get started on symptomatic treatment like Loperamide if the stool is watery and frequent. Antibiotic to control the infection. Pre and probiotics along with activated charcoal. Take curds, rice and banana. Boiled and cooled water. Electrolyte solution to have balance of electrolytes in the body. Intravenous therapy if required. PPI like Omeprazole to control the acidity as it may ensue.
