Suggest Treatment For IBS

Hi,

I am a 23 year old causcasian woman. I weigh around 13 stone and I am 5'5''. I suffer from IBS and am wheat intolerant however my tolerance fluctuates. I am constantly bloated, tired, I have moderate acne, my bowel movements fluctuate often. At the moment I believe I am constipated but the stools are soft. But sometimes they can be loose and other times very hard and painful. It has been fluctuating like this for 2 months now before this generally I was always slightly constipated with normal to firm stools. I went on dianette the end of November but they gave me a non-branded version which made me ill. I came off this after two weeks and bled then went straight onto the branded diannette two weeks ago. Also since the beginning of October I have bouts of severe indigestion that is incredibly painful. My left shoulder also seems to have stiffened and at times can also be quite painful. I have had feelings of tingling across my body. I recently went for an eye test as my eye sight fluctuates greatly the last couple of months and discovered I must have an allergy because the inside of my eye lids were bumpy which would explain the tired eyes according to the optician. I feel there may be an underlying issue going on the last couple of months but my doctor keeps dismissing it due to my age being too young for anything bad. I live in the UK so I have to fight for referrals but I wasn't sure what could be wrong. I've had a series of blood tests and everything was normal although my iron is slightly low, which isn't out of the ordinary. Any help would be greatly appreciated as I am desperate. Also I am unsure but I had a ankle repair surgery in June of this year.
