Suggest Treatment For IBS

I am facing continuous stomach disorders for past 3 to 4 years. Sometimes there is constipation some times semi liquid motions more than 3 times a day on irregular timings. In addition to it I have intestine gas passes in high amount during the day which causes lack of concentration on work and embarrassment. Consulting to doctor they prescribed me some lactose syrup for ease of constipation. But after the course the problems persist again. I am currently working in an audit firm and have to go to fast food restaurants usually for lunch. I am also not satisfied from my working life.

Kindly prescribed any medication or therapy to cure my disease. I will be highly grateful to you
