i have had a rash for about three weeks had a shot 2 perscroptions and a cream and i still have the rash It looks like a scab and it is a red raised area around it It does itch I looked up rashes and it looks like it could be MRSA It does not seep I do work in the medical field
Hi. As per your case history of Mrsa , my treatment advice is - 1. Don't squeeze the lesions as it may worsen the condition. 2. Apply a mild antibiotic cream like fusiderm cream twice daily on it. 3. Higher antibiotics like rifampicin, levofloxacin and linezolid are to best options for MRSA taken only after consulting a dermatologist.
