Suggest Treatment For OCD And IBS

i am suffering from osd and negative thoughts doctor prescribed me zyven od plus 50 one tablet night and ventab dxt 50 after lunch and zoro 10 ml at bed time but due this medcine i am suffering stomch pain and take self med pantab 40 two day but doesnt any improvement in stomch also ibs patent

Thanks for your query.
Noted the history of suffering from OCD and IBS, on Zyven OD plus and Ventab dxt plus ad Zoro- but suffering from stomach pain and take self medication called Pantab 40 - but no improvement.
Well, both the conditions are related to your psychological affections and hence an opinion and treatment as per the clinical evaluation and examination is required.
I would advise you the following in such condition:
Consult a Psychiatrist to get the proper diagnosis and to get an appropriate diagnosis and treatment.
For confirming IBS you will have to undergo the tests of stool, blood, urine, CT scan of abdomen and colonoscopy have to be done and should be withing normal limits. Proper treatment can help you get out off both the problems.
