Suggest Treatment For OCD And Hypochondria

Hi my name is monyae. I am a young girl of a 17. I suffer from ocd and hypocondria. I was recently giving my a body exam as always and I found a small hard boney bump behind my ear on the moites bone? Not sure I spelled that right but anyway im a healthy girl. I have no otherr sysmptoms. Im scared stifg becaise of this one small bump. its not tender and its unmovable please help me im desperate. I cant get to a dr now :(
