hello, thanks for your query, injection( hyalurinidase+ steroid) weekly twice 10-12 weeks will open oral cavity, do physiotherapy ( u need to consult physiotherapist), resistent cases surgery( by cutting d fibrosis part and grafting with normal tissue. take antioxidant tablet regularly . all the best. take care.
