Dear Patient,
I understand your concerns about pregnancy because of your PCOS.
I want first of all to reassure you that you have very good chances of getting pregnant.
What you can try first is a course of letrozole is 2.5 mg per day for 5 days then follow up with ultrasound until giving the trigger for ovulation and having intercourse one day before and after the trigger.
This is the first thing you can do in order to get pregnant.
Letrozole is preferred over clomid in your case because you are obese.
More advanced ART treatment options can be offered but first we start with the least invasive with an acceptable cost.
Best regards
