Infertility Specialist 's  Response
Hello there, very sorry to hear your pain. I won't be able to help much if you choose to go for ayurveda or homeopathy as they are not my specialities. Also when you mentioned your wife has undergone all kinds of treatment for no luck, I would wish to review your treatment history in order to suggest you appropriately.
Firstly, pcos causes difficulty in ovulation ( egg release). Also depending on its severity, the egg quality may also be affected. And hence miscarriages are more common in pcos. Do consider these as the plan of action how you should have proceeded all these years.
Step 1. Tube test ( hysterosalpingogram) to check if fallopian tubes are open.

Your semen analysis as 20% of infertility can be caused by male factors.

Thyroid profile ( serum TSH and free T4 and thyroid peroxidase TPO antibodies) to see if the dose of thyronorm is adequate for your wife.

Oral glucose tolerance test with 75 g of glucose to see how the body handles glucose ( for wife). If impaired results, only then she needs to take tab.metformin for a long time.

Hormonal analysis ( for wife) will be prescribed by fertility specialist.

Step 2.
Tablets ( clomiphene citrate ) or injections ( gonadotropins) to induce ovulation.
Timed intercourse or intra uterine insemination for a maximum of 6 cycles along with ovulation induction.
As a final step, consider In Vitro Fertilisation.

I have only given the framework for your plan of action to help you conceive. I suggest you to meet a fertility specialist who can go through your entire medical record and choose the best plan.
Hope this helped. Good luck!
