I ve started loosing weight. I stopped working full time and dropped to part time. Haven t been stress. It s been a very peaceful. i don t know what to do to help.
Hi, I have gone through your question. PCOS leads irregular and prolonged cycles, but it does not cause mood swings, tiredness, night sweats, headaches, muscle cramps, weight loss etc. In my opinion, you might be suffering from some chronic medical illness such as tuberculosis, chronic fatigue syndrome and thus I would suggest you to consult a physician so that you are properly examined, investigated and appropriately treated. Hope you found this answer helpful. Wishing you good health.
