Hi
greetings
You have mentioned that 12 developing follicle after gonal F for 7 days.

But not mentioned their size.
Since the endometrium is trilaminar which is normal and indicating that your endometrium is getting ready to receive the embryo it should be around 15 to 16mm
.
Now your doctor will be giving an injection (hcg)to trigger the ovulation as you are having multiple follicles Instead of one in normal cycle.
35 to 36 hours after that you will be ovulating and IUI can be done.
In IVF, egg will be retrieved after 35 hrs of hcg and IVF or ICSI is done depending on the male factor.
Hope you understood in brief about your case.Feel free to ask any doubts.we will help you.
Regards
