Suggest Treatment For PCOS

I had sex with my boyfriend on 8th of February. After 2 hours I took an i pill. I started bleeding lightly after a day and after a week, bled heavily for 3 days. It was a week before my period was due. I haven't had periods since then. Do I need to be worried? My periods are irregular and I have PCOS.
