Suggest Treatment For Parkinson S Disease And Cervical Dystonia
My husband has Parkinson s disease and cervical dystonia. He has memory loss and cognitive changes in executive functioning also. The MRI shows mild chronic white matter microangiopathic changes. Moderate ventriculomegaly likely reflecting central parenchymal volume loss. Is this PD dementia, Lewy body dementia, Alzheimers or none of the above?
