Yes, it is likely that the infection is caused by the resistant organism. It requires change in the antibiotics. So in my opinion you should visit the nearby doctors and change the antibiotics as per your biological condition. Your stomach problem is related to the gastritis caused by the antibiotics. Appropriate anti acidity drug can cure your problem. You can take the pantoprazole half hour before meal two times a day. This will clear the stomach problem. It may be possible that your infection is cured and your problem is related to stomach upset and you will be cured without any further medication. So give it a try before taking further medication.
