Hi, may I answer your health queries right now ? Please type your query here... I have a S1-S2 disc prolapse that has resulted daily in pain for 3 years; it got better slowly but has recently flared up to the point that it is as bad as 3 years ago. Physiotherapy seems to aggravate the pain, as does walking any distance or standing or sitting for longer than about an hour. Can you recommend an exercise specifically for S1-S2 or should all general core stability exercises be effective?
