Thank you for query.the morphology duration exact site is not clear. It may be fungal or viral infection going for phimosis.please clean area with warm water twice daily. Apply antifungal cream like clotrimazole.consult doctor for examination and diagnosis else get back to us with clear photo and details. Dr Bharatesh
