hi. i had one last "fling" with ex-girlfriend before marriage. as i put my penis into her vagina. a "stingy" feeling shot up into my pee hole tube. i could not walk nor run for days. i was embarrassed to see a doctor right away. i have seen doctor(s) after a few years afterward. to this date, as i release my sprem into my wife vigina, she says, my semen is "hot" and hurts her at times. there is some groin area at times. did i get STD from my ex-girlfriend? is this issue curable after years from that night?

Infectious Diseases Specialist, Dr. Arun's Response
Hello, Thnx to contact us. If I am your treating doctor I would like to advice you that if you have STD you will come to know it earlier. Just symptoms of hot and hurting semen is not a STD. If you have STD than you must have complaint of discharge, swelling, lymphnode enlargement, ulcer etc. If you have any of the above mentioned symptoms than you can say is a STD. But if even if you are feeling like STD you do not feel ashamed of it. Its a disease and doctor is person who is keeping your secret with him and also he/she will treat you. But from your symptom I think you dont have STD so not require treatment. If you have anything else to ask please contact me. Thanx. Dr. Arun Tank
