Suggest Treatment For Thyroid

Hi. I had my pituitary glad removed approximately 30 years ago. I've been on prednisone and synthroid or L-Thyroxine. I presently take 150Mcg of my thyroid medication and 10mg of prednisone daily. My thyroid meds have been increased about two years ago. However, I have headaches, muscle aches (lower body just recently) and fatigue. I also am not tolerant of most foods I eat. I'm going to start a gluten-free diet, but there's a lot of talk about Armour instead of prescribed thyroid meds. I don't know what to do. I really like to be active but just can't find the energy I need.
