Suggest Treatment For A Black Line Across The Nose

I have a black line across my nose and it s been bugging me for a while. About 3 years now.. And every time I try to make it go away I ll squeeze it like a zit. And stuff come out and the line begins to disappear but it never goes away comet sky and eventually comes back. How do I get rid of this? Thank you

Hello,
Thanks for the query.
You might have developed Folliculitis.
Folliculitis is a bacterial infections.
Treatment is with antibiotics but the choice of antibiotics should be based on culture and sensitivity tests.
Please meet a dermatologist and request to do culture and sensitivity test on pus obtained from the lesion for exact diagnosis.
Once the exact bacteria is known, specific treatment can be given.
Improper use of antibiotic can lead to resistance.
