Understanding your concern. As per your query you have black patch around the mouth. Well this is very common problem and occur due to post inflammatory hypopigmentation . In such cases the pigment producing cells melanocytes get damaged or destroyed. Need not to worry. I would suggest you to avoid exposure to sunlight as much as possible. You should apply aloe vera gel. If this doesn't work then consult dermatologist for proper examination . Doctor may recommend you for skin lightening treatment such as laser therapy and chemical peeling. Do not use any cosmetic or skin product without advice of dermatologist .
Hope your concern has been resolved.
