my 17 year old son has a black spot on the upper part of the keel its not raised and doesn t appear to b growing. he is an active runner, weight lifter & plays soccer and recreactional football player. he has no health issues aside from being a mouth breather..is there cause for alarm?
Black spot on knee areas may be callosity. It may be due to repeated pressure and friction while playing the game. It is a benign condition and does not require any treatment.
Still, I would duggest..
- cap vitamin E 400 mg daily - tab vitamin C 1000 mg daily - application of salicylic acid oint at night - application of vitamin E and alovera cream in the morn - try to avoid pressure and friction on affected area
I hope this would help you.
Thanks.
