Suggest Treatment For A Bruise On The Inner Thigh
I fell on my hip a week ago i had a mild bruise and stiffness stiffness disappeared 2 days a go but i have some deep black and blue bruising that continues to develop no on inner thigh fairly dark and very dark outer thigh zi will see physician tomorrow anything i can do tonight?

The bruises are nothing but blood collection which normally body removes with time. you need not worry and apply local ice if that gives some relief and consult your ortho tomorrow.
