I have a bump on the underneath shaft of my penis. It is red. I noticed it last Friday. I shave that area and had done so 2 days prior. I did have sex with my wife 2 days ago. When I first found it, I tried to squeeze it, it hurt but nothing much came out.
It can be a lymphocele; it typically appears after sex or masturbation. It occurs when the lymph channel in the penis becomes blocked. These blockages tend to clear quickly so treatment is not necessary. However, it can be a cyst, Get clinically examined by a GP / urologist. Get it drained or removed. You are suggested to get STD tests done to be on the safer side. In case the tests come positive you will have to get it treated with antibiotics and antivirals.
Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
