Suggest Treatment For A Bump With An Indentation On Thigh

Im an 18 year old female. I have a small brownish bump(looks like a mosquio bite) on my right thigh with a small indentation in the middle. when i scratch it it feels wet sort of. This happened to me last year as well only except it was spread out all over my thigh as lots of bumps. and i had fever then as well, which mostly occured at night. Also it occured the same time last year, in august when the monsoons happen here. Please help!
