Suggest Treatment For A Clogged Eustachian Tube

Ok, I need help with a clogged eustacian tube. I have had my adnoids taken out and this didn't help. I have tried yawning and chewing gum. I have done the thing where you close your nose and blow air. Only my right side is clogged. It is a feeling or pressure and muffled sounds. My doctor also said that I don't have water behind my eardrum. It has been going on for around a year now. I am getting desperate. He prescribed nasal spray but this isn't doing anything. It is a thick blockage. When I yawn I can hear my breathing in the left ear but nothing whatsoever in the clogged ear. What should I do? PLease please reply
