Suggest Treatment For A Constant Pain In The Forehead

hi sir when get up in morning then i feeling very havy body ,manly on forhead continously 2 -3 hours , i m donig every morning exercise but stil problem is constant, some time feeling hard pen in right site of forhead continously 3 or 4 hours, what i can do for solution...sir

Hi dear,
I understand your concern.Diffuse heaviness in head after awakening in the morning time is most likely due to Tension type headache(TTH).It can be localised sometimes to one side.It improves on tight pressing the head with a prressure band.You can see whether your pain increases on exposure to bright light or sound,whether it is associated with nausea or any visual abnormalities- at the time of headache.If Yes,then it can be a migraine too.Please do some mental relaxation exercises and yoga.Even then if it persists,please visit your physician so that he can take a good history,examine you and make a diagnosis.I hope it helps.
