Suggest Treatment For A Cut On The Labia Minora

Hi. I'm 22, married. When I was 9 I peed somewhere in our backyard and just sit down somewhere. At my back there is a wood which i did not noticed and I bumped my bottom there.. and ouch! it cut my labia minora horizontally. My problem now is that I can't have orgasm and the cut seems getting larger. Does the accident when i was 9 the reason why i can't have orgasm when having sex with my husband? what will i do?
