Hi,
A
myoma of almost 7" size is quite a big myoma and requires a surgical intervention. The
cyst in the right side of the
uterus seems to be cystic degeneration of the myoma. From your history, I could not guess your age, nor could I understand about the number of children you have.
If you have completed your child bearing function and are around or over 35 years of age, you may undergo removal of the uterus with the tumour and the cyst. Also I could not get whether you are having painful heavy menses, though you are most likely to have such menses with such a big myoma.
However, if you wish to have child, you may undergo only the removal of the
tumor with the cyst. This can be performed by
Laparoscopy also. Indefinitely postponing the surgery is not advised. However, with such a big myoma, you must have lost quite a blood.
Please build your blood before undergoing the surgery. This surgery is known to cause more bleeding during the procedure. Please follow your gynecologist's advice.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards,
Dr. Nishikant Shrotri
