Suggest Treatment For A Fast Heart Rate

i was sitting on the couch this weekend relaxing and suddenly my heart start beating really hard like i can feel every beat really hard. i tried to calm myself because i do have anxiety attacks but it didn't really help for sometime. it stopped after a while but started again on sunday.
