Suggest Treatment For A Fracture In The Rib Cage

I broke a rib about two months ago and it hasn't hurt for a while - probably 5 weeks...? But today it started hurting again. Not nearly as bad as when it was freshly injured, but enough to warrant ibuprofen. Is this just normal healing pain?
