Suggest Treatment For A Hard Bump On The Anus
Had a hard bump near my anal opening that I suspected was a very deep ingrown hair. It was there for a long time and then one night it hurt really bad and my bf squeezed it with tweezers and out came a white seed and then very foul smelling brown paste like stuff with hairs

Hi dear , I have gone through your question and i understand your concern.
From the description, it seems to be abscess. It may be pilonidal sinus (PNS) is a small cyst or abscess that occurs in the cleft at the top of the buttocks. A PNS usually contains hair and foul smelling abscess is formed.
To treat the same, you may follow these suggestions
Do warm water compresses of the lesion at least thrice in a day and apply mupirocin or fusidic acid cream over affected area.
Drainage of abscess and packing is required by qualified medical practice nor/general surgeon to prevent its recurrence.
if its too painful, take a painkiller like diclofenac.
Antibiotic like amoxiclav is required to eradicate any persistant infection.
This condition can be easily dealt and resolution occurs in 4wks with complete healing.
