Suggest Treatment For A Hard Lump On The Ear

Today I was hit quite hard with a small, heavy ball in the left ear at work. It hit square on the opening of the ear, with enough force to bend the arm of my glasses. My eyesight immediately went blurry, felt slightly dizzy, my ear felt hot pain, and I felt like I was going to throw up. I went to the bathroom, and realized that I was not hearing properly in that ear(was like when you re swimming and one ear gets plugged). I then sat at my desk with my head down for some time and it felt like I was getting a migraine(dizzy, nauseous, light sensitive, head throbbing) as well as the ear pain. Hearing is back, migraine is not(it is now 6 hours later). I saw a walk-in clinic doctor, who refilled my prescription for migraine meds. I took the migraine pill(which usually works well) but it s not helping. Is something seriously wrong?? Should I see a doctor again? Please advise, thank you.

General Surgeon 's  Response
Hi.
Thanks for your query.
Noted your history of a small ball hitting the left ear and causing the bend on the arm of the glasses, eyesight going blurred, nauseated, reduced hearing like putting in a ear plug, felt like migraine, got migraine medicine from the walk-in-clinic but no relief.
Feeling dizzy, nauseous, light sensitive, head throbbing as well as the ear pain continues.
Yes, then this can be a serious problem and you need to undergo MRI / CT scan of the brain and mastoids , we well as an opinion and examination by an ENT Surgeon to see if there is an internal trauma or so.
Second opinion of a Neurologist will help to get an accurate diagnosis and treatment.
