I regularly do elbow strikes to a hard pad during Martial Arts training however, three to four weeks ago I mis-hit the target and have a hard lump that's formed at the base of my forearm near my elbow. Although I have rested it since the lump has remained so I don't beleieve it to be swelling. I have normal use of my arm however, contact with the area is rather painful. Any suggestions?
