Suggest Treatment For A Hard Painful Bump On The Buttock

My boyfriend has a hard bump that is under the skin and is extremely painful. Last night when it initially started hurting it was right above the crack in his butt and now tonight in even more pain it has moved down into the crack of his butt. Last night when he was sleeping it popped and bled and pussed. But did not reduce in size much or stop hurting.

He might have developed furuncles.
These are deep bacterial infections.
Treatment is with antibiotics but the choice of antibiotics should be based on culture and sensitivity tests.
Please meet a dermatologist for exact diagnosis.
