Suggest Treatment For A Headache And A Sore Painful Bump On The Head

hi, I was cleaning my bathroom. Kneeling on the floor, stood up quick and sharply smacked the right side of my head on the corner of a wooden cabinet. it s really sore and tender to touch and i have a headache. it s been 3 hour. I m sure I ll be ok, but you hear horrible stories about people dying from a simple head bump. Would like to avoid the ER if possible thanks

Hello, since u didn't have an episode of unconsciousness or seizure following trauma, u don't need to rush to the ER, but it is advisable to get urself evaluated from the neurologist for intracranial clot.
For the time being, take a good analgesic like Tab Zinase-D twice daily after meals and take adequate rest.
Hope u get well soon.
Thanks
Take care
