Take boiled water after cooling it. Prefer to take boiled home-made food instead of oily, spicy, hot food or junk food. Take lean meat, eggs, or vegetable protein cooked in olive oil. You can take digestives & PPIs, one stat when needed to help digest food easily and to prevent
bloating due to acid formation.
Switch to healthy eating habits and healthy lifestyle. Do regular walking. Avoid
smoking, do not take alcohol or drugs. Take food good for the
liver like dry fruits, olive oil, beet route, juice, grapes, cranberries, blue berries, etc. Take well-cooked whole cereals. Avoid taking full fat dairy milk products.
