Suggest Treatment For A Hole In The Mouth

I have a small hole in the back right side of my mouth behind my molars. The gums are raised and appear to be split as well as swollen. Is this a sign of an impacted wisdom tooth? If so, I went to the dentist in February/March for a checkup/cleaning and was told everything was fine. X-rays were taken and there were no issues. Is it possible for wisdom teeth to not show up in xrays and then show up/become impacted 8 months later?

Thanks for your query, I have gone through your query.
The hole can be a pus discharging or healed sinus tract secondary to gum or tooth infection. The other possible cause can be because of an erupting wisdom tooth. Consult a good oral physician and get it evaluated. It is not possible for a tooth to appear within 8months. Once the diagnosis is confirmed, it can be treated with scaling or root canal treatment.
I hope my answer will help you. Take care.
