Hi Dear,

Welcome to HCM.

Understanding your concern. As per your query you have symptoms of itchy rash on the inner thigh area which is due to allergic reaction and it could be due to hair follicle infection leading to folliculitis. Need not to worry. I would suggest you to take oral tablets of Terbinafine for 1 week. You should maintain proper hygiene of area. You should wear loose clothes. You should visit dermatologist once and get it examined and start treatment after proper prescription. You should start proper course of medications after complete examination. Do Not touch or prick it with any sharp object. Take tablet of cetirizine 10 mg once daily for symptomatic relief from itching. Apply moderately potent topical steroid of triamcinolone acetonide 0.1% cream twice daily at affected sites.

Hope your concern has been resolved.

Get Well Soon.

Best Wishes,
