Suggest Treatment For A Lump In The Perineum

Hi. I have a hard lump located on my perenium which appeared about 3/4 days ago. Generally i feel fine tho I will say my stools have been soft (at times watery).
I am usually fit and well-tho over weight and prone to lymph nodes across my body.
Wonder, what do you suggest?
