Hi, about 6 months ago I've had a lump on my neck near my collarbone. I never thought much of it.. How ever I now have sharps pains on my left side of my face and head and ear. It comes and goes. Sometime I feel a tingle sensation around my face and my left arm.... I am booked for an autrasound on Monday, and am very worried. What could this be?
HI. Thanks for your query. Both the problems look not related as the lump at the collarbone can not cause facial pain and vise versa. The lump at the collar bone can be a lymph node and should go for FNAC and biopsy to determine the cause of enlargement and treat accordingly.
The pains on left side of face . head and ear can be due to trigeminal neuralgia / sinusitis/ Consult a neurologist, get MRI of the Brain, trigeminal nerves and sinuses to determine the cause and get treated accordingly.
