Suggest Treatment For A Lump On Calf Area

Today i have had some pain/irritation in my left leg, just crossed it off as normal cramps i get when coming close to time for my menstrual cycle. Later i went i went to shave my legs and noticed slight numbness in the back of my leg in calf area, put on some shorts and while standing i noticed i have a lump on my inner calf area it doesn t hurt but its large enough to notice. What should i do?
